How to clean burn residue from stainless steel frying pan?
I burnt something in a cuisinart stainless steel frying pan and there’s this black layer on the inside of the pan. I’ve tried a brillo pad and barkeepers friend and neither have worked.
I’ve also let it soaked in soapy hot water and that didn’t work either. I really like these pans. Could someone please tell me how I can clean it?

I have cuisinart chef’s classic stainless steel frying pans and a glass top electric stove.
Eggs and Pancakes seem to stick even with spray or oil added.
Best Answer:i have the same set and ive found it impossible. you can buy a good non stick pan for around $30. its much easier than fighting w/ stainless.
