Best Answer:Rivets can easily be replaced. As for the laminating, I have a friend who owns a bakery. He has dozens of bread pans. He told me that every so often he sends the bread pans out to be re-laminated. They only last about six months before it has to be done again. But these pans are in use 12 hours a day - 5 days a week. I’ll ask him what kind of company does this and you could look for a similar company in your community. That is, the term for the process so it can be found in a directory. Contact me in a couple days.
