The Cuisinart Multiclad SS cookware continues to impress me with their quality, performance and value. The thoughtful design of this particular pan indicates the influence of an experienced cook. A large, easily accessable bottom area for browning and ingredient sauteeing coupled with just enough pan volume for layering those and other ingredients to construct simple to complex casseroles or braises.
